Data Management & Privacy

Your Data, Your Rights

Aqua stores moderation-related data (warnings, ticket setups, logs). You have the right to:

Request Data: Get a copy of all stored info regarding your user or server.
Delete Data: Request permanent removal of all your data from our system.

To exercise these rights, join our Support Server or contact us via email.

Voice & Chat Privacy: Aqua does not record or listen to your voice conversations. Similarly, no messages are ever recorded or stored; content is processed in-memory only for AutoMod filtering and immediately discarded.

DM Policy: Aqua will never send unsolicited DMs. DMs are sent ONLY for Ticket Transcripts at your request.

Terms of Service

Enforcement Policy: Any attempt to use exploits, bugs, or unauthorized modifications is strictly forbidden. Any violation of these Terms of Service (ToS) will result in an immediate Global Blacklist for the user and/or the server.

Legal Compliance: You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and not use our bot for illegal or harmful activities.
Users must not attempt to bypass bot security or rate limits.
The bot owner is not liable for misuse of moderation tools by server staff.
